DESIGN & AESTHETICS

The case commands attention through restraint. At just 10.7 mm slim, the profile is elegant without effort — the mark of a timepiece that does not need to announce itself. Sharply defined case edges and crystal lines reflect the angular geometry that made the original KSK a design icon, while the silver sunray dial — shifting and luminous with every movement of the wrist — offers a quietly breathtaking canvas.

Diamond-cut hands sweep across dimensional indices with precision, and a separately carved 12 o'clock marker reinforces the sense of deliberate craftsmanship at every hour. The stainless steel case and bracelet are finished with a super-hard coating — a combination of mirror polish and hairline brushing that elevates the piece far beyond conventional standards of refinement. The King Seiko crest, faithfully rendered on both the caseback and crown, completes a timepiece that honors its heritage without being defined by it.

MOVEMENT

Within the slender case beats the Caliber 6L35 — a 26-jewel automatic movement with manual winding capability, designed to meet the exacting performance expectations of the King Seiko name. Oscillating at 28,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of approximately 45 hours, it delivers precision as refined as the case that houses it. A rapid date-change mechanism and bi-directional winding system ensure this movement is as practical as it is exceptional.
